The MPC CollectionTM
Multiple Products Corporation (commonly known as "MPC") was also called Multiple Toymakers. The company produced a large variety of toys (mostly made of plastic) over their years in business, including: playsets and figures (many fondly remember their figures that were nick-named "ring-hands", as they had small holes in their hands for which to hold accessories like guns, tools, etc.), dollhouse material, character toys, toy guns, vehicles, games, and more. Some of their highly regarded products include the James Bond 007 Attache Case, James Bond pistols and gadgets, Fireball XL-5 playsets, Rube Goldberg model kits, and those miniature cars, planes, military vehicles and ships that many of us loved as children.
The material that makes up the MPC Collection is primarily playset and figure related, although there is a nice quantity of material on other toys MPC made, such as James Bond toys, character toys and more. There are many original factory samples, test-shots and first-shots; as well as prototypes, photographs, catalogs, production and mold information, competitor's samples, and so on.
